Q - Is it safe to use my credit card?
A - Yes! Chelmer Fine Art uses encryption software on a secure server, only Chelmer Fine Art has the password ability to read customer information sent. All customer's information is strictly for use by Chelmer Fine Art and will not be passed to any 3rd parties.

Q - What types of payment do we accept?
A - We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta.

Q - What if I cannot find a particular image?
A - New images are constantly being added to our website. Chelmer Fine Art has the ability to trace most artwork available today, so please e-mail us at enquiry@chelmerfineart.com and let us know what you're looking for.

Q - Does Chelmer Fine Art have a guarantee?
A - If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 10 days for a refund but you must contact us first for authorisation. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

Q - How long does it take to get my order delivered?
A - All prints are dispatched within 48 hours and can be expected within 7-10 days. All prints are either delivered in a tube or flat packed. You are responsible for paying any duties or import charges applicable.

Q - What if I receive my order and it is damaged?
A - Keep the packaging material. Chelmer Fine Art will have the products picked up, at our expense, and give you the option of a full refund or a replacement at no charge to you. Just e-mail us at repair@chelmerfineart.com

Q - Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
A - Any order can be cancelled within 24 hours of the time it was submitted?
