Furnished with more intricacy of detailing than perhaps is always the norm for Barsby, ‘The Rendezvous’ pitches a couple together against the visually splendiferous backdrop of a typical south coast harbour sceneology, here in the artist’s latest release.

Geometrically pleasing whilst being colour-graphical to the letter, Barsby’s piece is something of a compositional departure it’s fair to say, yet as ever, a pictorial joy to behold.
