Beautifully presented in this magnificent Ornate Swept Frame

This little boy has sticky out ears with huge glasses. Reminiscent of the Joe 90 character from the 80's. He looks very mischievous but ever so cute. Don't look away as he is sure to get into some sort of trouble.
