With titles such as ‘Into the Night, Atlantic Watch’ and this, ‘Wing Commander’ it’s not a massive leap to realise that there’s a few (three, in the Autumn 2013 collection, event) nods and winks to the brave RAF airmen and women going on in critically acclaimed contemporary fine artist, Echo’s brand new collection, just launched.

Intonating that his butterfly studies share features and facets with fighter pilot aces may seem a tad detached at first, but similarities are indeed valid. Not least the way in which the fragile butterfly makes it thorough the day in such an uncertain and seemingly dangerous world.
